ICE CREAM PARLOR PARTY { happy birthday dear daughter! }

Last week I threw my daughter a fifth birthday party! I really can't believe she is 5 already. She has been a little spark of happiness in our lives and makes our house fill with laughter daily. We can't get enough of her cute "lizzie-isms" like "I love you big as everything!!!" and "My tummy hurts...I think I need ice cream"
She keeps us in hugs and keeps us on our toes with her dare devil nature.

The girl asks almost everyday for ice cream, so, when I was thinking about her party I decided ice cream had to hve a starring role. And, after seeing this inspiration at Eat Drink Chic, well, I had no choice! I had to give her an Ice Cream Parlor Party! Once that was decided the ideas started to flow, and with the help of some amazing bloggers and recources, I was able to throw her, what I think turned out to be, a wonderful party that truly was inspired my my spunky and darling daughter.

It all started with the invitation. Made by Kristen Bons.
